Bench Pillow of the Month Policy
Our Bench Pillow of the Month Club is a program that makes quilting affordable, easy, and fun! Each month you are sent everything you need to complete a bench pillow quilted cover. By the end of the program, you will be able to make a statement for every event of the year with these unique and beautiful bench pillows.
Guidelines
1. When you sign up for the Bench Pillow of the Month Club, you are registering for the entire program. The $25 fee is non-refundable.
a. This non-refundable sign-up fee tells us you are invested in the program and helps us cover the processing fees associated with the yearlong program.
b. No shipping is charged on the registration fee. Please make sure to select FREE order pickup and Bench Pillow Subscription from the shipping dropdown to ensure that no additional fee is charged.
2. Participation in the Bench Pillow of the Month Club will require a credit card to be on file with the shop.
a. Beginning the first month of the program and throughout the duration of the program, you will be billed $46.99 (plus applicable shipping). This allows us to offer you the quilt at a reasonable monthly fee without a large lump
sum payment at the beginning of the program for the cost of 12 kits.
b. Kits include the design pillow pattern and fabric to complete each pillow cover including pillow backing and binding. Supplies comes in a beautiful, reusable keepsake box that can be used to store all your quilting supplies!
c. Pillow form and batting are not included.
3. Kits can be picked up at the Bee or will be shipped per customer request at sign up.
a. Kits cannot be shipped or picked up without payment. Please keep the credit card on file with us up to date.
b. USPS shipping. We do not up charge our shipping to you and only use the actual shipping costs that are calculated based on the weight of the kit and shipping address for mailing.
c. Shipping costs will typically range between $9 and $11.
4. Cancellation Policy: Once you are registered, you are committed to the entire block of
the month program. Registration fees are non-refundable. All sales are final.
